Hosting:
When you buy hosting from us we take care of everything to get you up and running. If you provide your own hosting, all we need from you is your domain name www.yourcompany.com, your login and password to upload your site.
E-Mail:

When you buy e-mail from us we do everything in getting you up and running.  If you are providing your own e-mail, we just need the e-mail address or addresses for inclusion in your site.

We recommend and can help you set up and use Mozilla Thunderbird for an e-mail program. It’s free and we use it everyday.  Go to our e-mail support page for help in installing the program and getting your e-mail up and running. If you need the free program – you can find a link to it on our downloads page.
